摘要
社区教育是乡村振兴战略中亟需关注的一环。统筹推进乡村文化建设是乡村振兴"五位一体"发展格局中重要方面,繁荣兴盛乡村文化,强化乡村振兴人才支撑离不开乡村社区教育。乡村社区教育应树立终身学习、全员学习、生活教育、合作共赢等理念,积极推进政策与资金保障、教育管理机构、实体依托资源、师资力量、学习平台和评价体系等方面的创新,逐步缩小城乡社区教育差距,促进乡村社区教育的发展。
Community education is a underdeveloped issue in the strategy of rural revitalization. The overall promotion of rural cultural construction is an important issue in the development pattern of "five-in-one" rural revitalization. Rural community education is playing key role in prospering rural culture and strengthening rural revitalization talent support. Accordingly, it should embrace the concepts of lifelong learning, full study, life education, win-win cooperation, and so on in order to promote the innovations of policy and fund guarantee, educational management institution, entity relying on resources, teaching staff, learning platform and evaluation system, etc. Its ultimate goal is to narrow the gap between urban and rural community education and promote the balanced development of urban and rural community education.
