摘要
高校教师职业倦怠是由多方面的因素造成的,包括公平的管理制度、部门领导责任心、课堂效果期望值、教师的成长环境、教师职责的把握、身边同事价值观、教师层次与追求、学校环境与名气、师生的默契程度、教师所承担任务等。教师职业倦怠不但会让学生受到损失,还会对学校的声誉造成负面影响,这会影响到学校的可持续发展。所以治理教师职业倦怠,应该成为高校管理中的一项紧迫任务。
University teachers’ job burnout is attributed to many factors, such as fair management system, department leader’s sense of responsibility, classroom affect expectation; teachers’ growing-up circumstance, teachers’ comprehension of profession,colleagues’ values, school atmosphere and fame, rapport between teacher and students, and teachers’ workload. Teachers’ burnout not only causes losses for students, but also has a negative impact on the reputation of the school, which influences school’s sustainable development. Therefore, it is an urgent task to eliminate job burnout in the management of colleges and universities.
