摘要
高校教师是容易产生职业倦怠感的主要人群。教师的职业倦怠感和其心理健康水平之间呈现出负相关的关系,并且人体的心理资本与人格特质也起到了决定性的作用。除此之外,高校教师职业倦怠感还受到了社会因素以及学校因素的影响。为了能够预防高校教师出现职业倦怠感,需要构建社会支持体系、提升教师的待遇、明确合理的激励机制、完善职称评定制度、构建合理评估体系、正确认识自我、提升业务水平。
College teachers are the main people who are prone to burnout.There is a negative correlation between teachers' sense of job burnout and their mental health,and the psychological capital and personality traits of the human body also play a decisive role.In addition,college teachers'job burnout is also affected by social factors and school factors.In order to prevent college teachers from appearing to be burned out,it is necessary to construct a social support system,improve the treatment of teachers,clarify reasonable incentive mechanisms,improve the system of professional title evaluation,construct a reasonable evaluation system,correctly understand themselves,and improve business levels.
