摘要
运用工作—家庭冲突量表和职业倦怠量表对高校体育中层管理干部进行调查,考察工作—家庭冲突、家庭—工作冲突和工作倦怠的关系。研究表明:高校体育中层管理干部工作—家庭冲突对其工作倦怠有较强的预测作用。工作—家庭冲突是影响职业倦怠的重要因素之一,总体看体育中层管理者工作—家庭冲突与工作倦怠总体及其三个维度之间均相关。体育中层管理者TWIF与去个性化、成就感低和情绪衰竭之间显著相关,而BWIF与各变量之间相关性不显著,TWIF与成就感低负相关;其中体育中层管理者的SWIF与工作倦怠、去个性化和情绪衰竭正相关,体育中层管理者的TWIF与工作倦怠、情绪衰竭负相关,而SFIW与低成就感尤为正相关。
The investigation for construction project managers' using the work-family conflict scale and the job-burnout scale,inspected the relationship of work-family conflict,the family work conflict and job-burnout.The result indicated that the construction project managers work-family conflict have the strong forecast function to its job-burnout.The work-family conflict is one of important factors to influence job-burnout,the overall look at the work-family conflict and job burnout in general,and the three dimensions are related.TWIF and the personalization,the sense of achievement are low and mood failure are remarkable related,but between BWIF and various variables,the relevance is not remarkable.TWIF and sense of achievement low inverse are correlated.And SWIF and the work tired ness,the personalization and the mood failure are being related.TWIF and the work mood failure are inversely correlated,but low SFIW and the sense of achievement are especially related.
