摘要
以理性选择理论为视角对北京市(国家队为主)、湖北省106名竞技体育教练员进行工作-家庭冲突影响因素及应对措施研究,结果表明,教练员工作→家庭冲突远高于家庭→工作冲突;教练员年龄、子女年龄和每年工作天数对工作→家庭冲突有预测作用;收入水平高低与家庭→工作冲突程度存在显著性差异;积极渗溢和补偿行为对工作满意度有显著预测力;收入水平、理性的家庭互动模式和社会支持系统对教练员缓解工作-家庭冲突有重要作用。
This paper investigates 106 coach;s work and domestic conflict based on the theory of rational choice perspective from national sports team and provincial sports team in Beijing and Wuhan. The result shows that coach;s work→domestic conflict is far stronger than domestic→ work conflict. Work→domestic conflict is predicted by the age of coaches, work days of a year and the age of child,domestic→work conflict predicted by salary. The work satisfactory is predicted by positive compensation. It implies that salary; rational work-domestic linkage and social support system can ease up the tension of work-domestic conflict.
