摘要
目前,职业足球运动在中国正突飞猛进地发展。各种因素的激烈竞争对教练员提出了更高的要求。着重从教练员压力源的产生和消除两方面进行分析,以促进教练员全方位应对压力,更好地担当起这一角色。
At present,the vocational football match is advancing rapidly in China with more and more unpremeditated competition factors,which brings the greater requirements to the coaches.The author mainly talke about the coaches' pressure and relief to promote their ability to the career.
