随着大学生足球运动竞技水平的提高,竞争更加激烈,运动员赛前的心理调适和训练问题日益突出。教练员可以通过系统的赛前心理训练,帮助运动员进行有效的自我控制,摆脱不良心理因素干扰,净化思维和集中注意力,充分发掘运动员的潜力,形成最佳的竞技状态。同时为大学生运动员健康成长打下良好的基础。
With the level of sport competition of university student's soccer improving, the competition is so fiercer that the question of athlete's psychology before the match adjusted and trained rightly is outstanding. The coach can train through the systematic psychology before the match, help the athlete to carry on effective self-control, get rid of the bad psychological factor to interfere, purify thinking and concentrate attention, fully explore the athlete's potentiality and form the best competitive state,Meanwhile,lay a good foundation for university (student's) athlete.
