摘要
做好高校高水平运动队和运动大队的训练工作,教练员具有多重角色,同时应具有相应的组织能力、教学技能、训练水平、管理水平和奉献精神等基本素质。
Coaches should play multi-role in the training of sportsmen with high level ,meanwhile,they should possess the basic qualities such as organizational ability .teaching techniques,training standard,management standard and spirit of utter devotion etc. .
