摘要
研究主要采用问卷调查法、访谈法,系统回顾国内优秀运动队教练员培养路径与制度体系,对区域优秀运动队教练员队伍建设现状进行现场考察,探索区域"精英教练员工程"建设目标与实施方案。研究揭示,在体育事业改革进程中精英教练员的培训培养和保障体系呈现出多元化、开放性和立体式特征。教练员队伍建设取得一定成绩,但与精英教练员队伍建设的要求还存在差距,教练员队伍的整体执教能力亟待提升,队伍结构不尽合理,缺少高水平领军人才。建议在区域"精英教练员工程"实施过程中,需要创新保障机制,制定省优秀运动队训练质量管理评估指标体系;建立精英教练员培养档案;加强对精英教练员训练管理和能力提升的经费支持。
With the methods of questionnaire and interview, the paper gave a systematic review about the institutional system and patterns of training coaches of competitive sports teams. Through a field survey of the present situation of the team construction of the coaches in Jiangsu province, the paper made a research into the construction targets and implementation schedules of the Project for Elite Coaches. The study results show that there have appeared the characteristics of diversification, openness and integrity in the training and supporting system for coaches. Although the team construction of coaches has made some progress, but there are still some deficiencies compared with the requirements of the team construction of elite coaches. That is, the overall teaching ability of the coach team is to be enhanced, more high level talents are needed to be supplemented to coach teams. Following suggestions were given: In the process of implementing the Project for Elite Coaches, the supporting mechanism should be innovated; an index system aiming to evaluate the training and management quality of elite sports teams should be established; the career archives of elite coaches should be set up; more financial supports should be offered in the training management of elite coaches.
