摘要
目的:观察HPLC法(高效液相色谱法)在测定银黄颗粒中黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素含量中的应用效果。方法:选取三家厂家生产的银黄颗粒为试验药品,采用HPLC法测定银黄颗粒中黄芩素、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷三种成分含量。结果:HPLC法测得黄芩素含量为0.439～1.879 mg/g、黄芩苷为22.49～55.55 mg/g、汉黄芩苷为0.295～0.436 mg/g;三者加样回收率分别为100.40%、99.80%、106.70%。结论:HPLC法在银黄颗粒中黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素含量测定中应用效果显著,有助于实现银黄颗粒的全面质控,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the application of HPLC method in the determination of baicalin,baicalein and baicalein in Yinhuang granules. Methods Yinhuang granules produced by three manufactures were selected as experimental drugs. The contents of baicalein,baicalin and Baicalin in Yinhuang granules were determined by HPLC. Results The contents of baicalein,baicalin and Baicalin were 0.439 ~ 1.879 mg/g,22.49 ~ 55.55 mg/g,and 0.295 ~ 0.436 mg/g with the corresponding recoveries of 100. 40%,99. 80% and 106. 70% respectively. Conclusion The application effect of HPLC method in the determination of baicalin,baicalin and baicalein in Yinhuang granules is significant. It is helpful to realize the overall quality control of Yinhuang granules and is worth popularizing.
