摘要
目的建立UPLC法同时测定清肺抑火片中栀子苷、芒果苷、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、汉黄芩素、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的含量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18)色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.3 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长254 nm。结果11种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9999),平均加样回收率98.2%~99.6%,RSD 0.5%~1.3%。结论该方法快速可行,重复性好,可用于清肺抑火片的质量控制。
AIM To establish a UPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of geniposide,mangiferin,baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein,aloe-emodin,rhein,wogonin,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion in Qingfei Yihuo Tablets.METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃ thermostatic Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18)column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid flowing at 0.3 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.RESULTS Eleven constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9999),whose average recoveries were 98.2%-99.6% with the RSDs of 0.5%-1.3%.CONCLUSION This rapid,feasible and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Qingfei Yihuo Tablets.
