摘要
基于小微企业内部高素质人才流失这一背景,以小微企业中的新入职大学生为调查对象,对其离职行为进行研究。本文通过问卷调查收集小微企业大学生新员工的四维组织支持感数据,研究其四维组织支持感与离职倾向的相关性,并探讨影响大学生新员工离职倾向的组织因素和个人因素。最后,本文根据研究结论提出了有效的管理建议,为小微企业管理新入职大学生和降低人才流失成本提供了一定的思路。
Based on the background of fast turnover of high quality talents in small and.micro enterprises,we set new university-graduate staff as the sample and made a research on their actual turnover activities.We collected the data of 4-D organization support perception of new recruits through the questionnaire survey.Then we investigated the relationship between 4-D organization support perception and turnover intention,so as to discuss the organizational and personal factors causing the turnover activities.Here we propose some effective suggestions for lowering the cost of talents turnover.
