摘要
将超声波引入Co-Ni-P合金的化学镀中,讨论了超声波功率、超声波频率、主盐、还原剂、配位剂、温度及pH值对化学镀Co-Ni-P合金沉积速率的影响。超声波的介入提高了沉积速率,功率较大时镀液的稳定性下降。通过分析工艺,得出了超声波下化学镀Co-Ni-P合金的最佳工艺。
Ultrasonic waves were introduced to power, frequency, concentration of main salt, electroless Co-Ni-P alloy plating. The effects of ultrasonic reducing agent, complexing agent, temperature and pH value on the deposition rate of Co-Ni-P alloy were increase the deposition rate, but the bath stability w processing parameters are obtained through analysis
