摘要
通过正交实验得到一组较好的化学镀Ni-Co-P配方,在此基础上讨论了主盐浓度比、pH值和温度等控制因素对沉积速度和镀层性能的影响。获得了一种性能良好、经济、实用的化学镀镍钴磷合金工艺配方。
Based on the orthogonal experiment,the effects of some control factors,concentration rate of main salt,pH value and temperature, on the speed of sinking and performance of alloy coating were discussed. One kind of technology prescription is obtained which is of better performance, economical and useful.
