电刷镀Ni-Co-P-X复合镀层力学性能 被引量:4

Mechanical Properties of the Composite Coatings Prepared by Brush Plating

摘要 作者自制了电刷镀设备,并通过调节镀液成分,改变刷镀电压和电流,分别制取了Ni-Co-P,Ni-Co-P-PTFE和Ni-Co-P-MoS2三种在不同参数条件下的镀层,并主要研究了它们的硬度和耐磨性随参数的变化规律。特别是对不同种类镀层的上述机械性能作以比较,从中找到合适的参数与合适的镀层。所得结果表明,Ni-Co-P-PTFE和Ni-Co-P-MoS2两种成分镀层在适合的刷镀条件下具有较好的耐磨性能。 In this paper, three coatings with compositions of Ni-Co-P,Ni-Co-P-PTFE and Ni-Co-P-MoS2 respectively were produced by brush plating with changing the amount of main elements in the plating liquid, the plating voltage and current. The varying laws of their hardness and wear resistance under different making conditions (i.e. plating voltage, plating current) were mainly studied in order to find the relevant working parameters and the better coating's composition. After a series of analysis and choices, the results show that the composite coatings with P and PTFE have better property of wear-resistance.
