摘要
在Ni-P合金复合刷镀液中,添加稀土Ce3+,可以通过电刷镀沉积出Ni-P-Ce合金镀层,并可提高刷镀层的沉积速度和刷镀液稳定性;稀土化合物CeCl3·7H2O含量在35g/L左右时,刷镀的电流效率及沉积速度高;柠檬酸在Ni-P-Ce刷镀液中既可起稳定剂的作用,又可使Ce3+离子从溶液中电沉积出来。
In the compound brush plate liquid of Ni-P alloy,increasing the Ce^(3+) element,can carry out the elctricity brush plate,and the layer of Ni-P-Ce alloy plate is sink out; the Ce^(3+) element can increase the sinking speed of brush plate layer and the stability of brush plate liquid; when compound CeCl_3·7H_2O is at 35 g/L,the efficiency of the brush plate electric current and the speed of sinking of alloy is higher; the C_6H_8O_7·H_2O in the Ni-P-Ce brush plate liquid can play a part of stabilizer,and can make the Ce^(3+) sink out from the aqua.
