摘要
利用XRD和TEM技术对化学镀Co Ni P合金的晶化过程进行了分析。结果表明 ,成分 (质量分数 ,% )为 2 3 4Ni、2 8P的Co Ni P合金镀态时具有微晶结构。经 40 0℃× 1h热处理后 ,镀层向α Co固溶体 (h .c .p .)转变 ,并析出过渡相。经 6 0 0℃×1h热处理后 ,镀层中出现α Co固溶体、β Co固溶体 (f.c .c.) ,并析出Co2 P相。经 40 0℃× 1h热处理 ,镀层显微硬度达到最大值92 6HV0 1。
The crystallization of electroless plating Co-Ni-P alloy was investigated by XRD and TEM.It is found that Co-Ni-P alloy (23.4wt% Ni,2.8wt%P) as-plated is of amorphous structure.After annealing at 400℃ for 1 hour,amorphism transforms into α-Co solid solution (h.c.p.)and transition phase.After annealing at 600℃ for 1 hour,α-Co solid solution and β-Co solid solution (f.c.c.)appear in the deposit and Co 2P as well. The highest vicker's hardness of the deposit is 926HV0.1 after annealing at 400℃ for 1 hour.
