简述了化学镀技术的发展历程,介绍了金刚石、石墨烯、碳纤维、光纤、陶瓷等非金属材料表面化学镀金属化的最新研究动态,总结了目前存在的问题,展望了未来的发展趋势。
The development history of electroless plating technology was briefed.The advances in electroless plating on the surfaces of nonmetals such as diamond,graphene,carbon fiber,optical fiber,and ceramics were introduced.The existing problems were summarized.The development trends in future were described.
