摘要
语言学习中普遍存在焦虑问题,口译学习中更是如此。借鉴国外外语学习相关焦虑量表,本研究从口译的艰巨性、服务性、一般自信3个维度开发了针对中国口译学员的口译焦虑量表。一系列检验显示,量表具有很好的内部一致性信度(克伦巴赫α值为0.92)、建构效度和预测效度,测试—重测信度亦较好(克伦巴赫α值为0.84)。这些检验结果证明,口译焦虑量表适用于检测口译学员的焦虑程度。
The problem of anxiety is pervasive in language learning, but it is more so in interpreting training. Based on anxiety scales for foreign language learning in the relevant studies abroad, the present study develops an interpreting anxiety scale in three dimensions, i.e. the enormity of the interpreting task, the service nature of the task and general confidence, for interpreting trainees in China. A series of tests indicate that the scale has good internal reliability with Cronbach's α at 0.92, good construct validity, good predictive validity, and good test-retest reliability with Cronbach's ct at 0.84. The interpreting anxiety scale is thus validated as an effective measure of interpreting trainees' anxiety.
