By the analysis and comparison of the undergraduate course teaching evaluation and professional certification, the formation background, aims, position and function, pattern and content, focus and executing processes, and influence of the two evaluation system are totally represented, which may help the clear understanding of the emphasis and necessity of the two evaluation systems.
