摘要
《中国本科医学教育标准》是教育部立项研究的成果。该标准从教育评价机制、教师和学生的反馈、利益方的参与和毕业生质量等四个方面对教育评估提出了要求。为了加深对医学院校开展教育评估的理解,本文从教育评估的基本概念、中外教育评估的回顾、世界教育评估发展态势和医学教育评估的改进等四个方面进行了阐述。本文在总结我国医学教育评估经验的基础上,有针对性地提出我国医学教育评估:应该纳入质量保证体系之中;要以研制评估标准为起点;要提高教育国际化意识;要以学校自评为基础;专家队伍是评估成败的关键等改进意见。
《Undergraduate Medical Education Chinese Standards》 is an achievement by the Project on Quality Assurance in Chinese Medical Education approved by the Ministry of Education, and it has laid down regulations concerning mechanism of educational assessment, educational information feedback from faculties and students, involvement of stakeholders, quality of undergraduates. The article expounds the concept of educational evaluation, reviews the educational assessment of China and foreign countries, looks into the trends of educational evaluation, and provides the suggestions of improving medical educational assessment.
