复方阿昔洛韦双层缓释膜剂的制备及质量控制 被引量:4

Preparation and quality control of double sustained-release compound aciclovir membrane

摘要 目的:建立复方阿昔洛韦双层缓释膜剂的制备方法及质量控制方法。方法:以PVA、阿拉伯胶等为基质制备复方阿昔洛韦缓释膜剂,采用紫外分光光度法测定主药阿昔洛韦的含量及释放度。结果:阿昔洛韦在0.001~0.02mg·mL。范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为101.60%(RSD=1.05%),日内和日间的精密度分别为1.12%和1.45%,膜剂单向释放累积释放度为(93.8±2.0)%(n=5),在90rain内透过黏膜的累积释放度为93.14%。结论:该膜剂-a1备方法简单易行,所得膜荆的质量符合中国药典2010年版有关规定。 OBJECTIVE To establish the preparation technic and the method of quality control of double sustained-release compound aciclovir membrane. METHODS Production was finished with PVA17-88 and gum arabic,and the content of aciclovir was determined by UV-spectrophotometry. RESULTS The linear range of aciclovir was 0. 001 - 0. 02 rag. mL-1, the average recovery rate was 101.60% (RSD= 1.04%) ,the RSD of the precision was 1.12% and 1.45%, the one-way realease of mem brane and the release rate of acyclovir through mucous membranes in 90 minutes was (93.8±2. 0)% and 93.14%. CONCLU-SION The method was simple and easy,and the quality of double sustained-release compound aciclovir membrane met the re quirements of Pharmacopoeia of 2010 edition.
