摘要
目的：建立复方阿昔洛韦双层缓释膜剂的制备方法及质量控制方法。方法：以PVA、阿拉伯胶等为基质制备复方阿昔洛韦缓释膜剂，采用紫外分光光度法测定主药阿昔洛韦的含量及释放度。结果：阿昔洛韦在0．001～0．02mg·mL。范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为101．60％（RSD=1．05％），日内和日间的精密度分别为1．12％和1．45％，膜剂单向释放累积释放度为（93．8±2．0）％（n=5），在90rain内透过黏膜的累积释放度为93．14％。结论：该膜剂-a1备方法简单易行，所得膜荆的质量符合中国药典2010年版有关规定。
OBJECTIVE To establish the preparation technic and the method of quality control of double sustained-release compound aciclovir membrane. METHODS Production was finished with PVA17-88 and gum arabic,and the content of aciclovir was determined by UV-spectrophotometry. RESULTS The linear range of aciclovir was 0. 001 - 0. 02 rag. mL-1, the average recovery rate was 101.60% （RSD= 1.04%） ,the RSD of the precision was 1.12% and 1.45%, the one-way realease of mem brane and the release rate of acyclovir through mucous membranes in 90 minutes was （93.8±2. 0）% and 93.14%. CONCLU-SION The method was simple and easy,and the quality of double sustained-release compound aciclovir membrane met the re quirements of Pharmacopoeia of 2010 edition.
