摘要
本文采用双波长分光光度法 ,不经分离直接测定复方阿昔洛韦搽剂中阿昔洛韦的含量。测定波长为 2 5 1.5 nm ,参比波长为 30 7nm ,平均回收率为 10 0 .5 6 % ,RSD为 0 .5 2 % (n=5 )。本法快速、简便 ,结果准确。
s\ A dual wavelength spectrophotometry was described for determination of acylovior in co acyclovior liniment.The detection wavelength was 251.5nm,reference wavelength was 307nm.The average recovery was 100.56% and RSD was 0.52%.The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.
