摘要
目的:优化复方酮康唑凝胶剂的处方配比。方法:以正交设计,通过改良Franz扩散池筛选最佳处方配比,以HPLC法测定其中酮康唑的含量。结果:优化所得处方为酮康唑5%,月桂氮酮1%,尿素10%,卡波姆-940 1%,甘油20%。结论:该凝胶剂配方合理,制备的复方酮康唑凝胶剂细腻、光洁,稳定性好,释药速度快,且含量测定简便易行。
Objective:To optimite the ingredient of prescription of the compound ketoconazone gel. Mehtods: Orthogonal design was used in the optimization of preparation process with improved Frand diffusion cell. HPLC was used to determine the drug content of ketoconazone. Results: The optimized formulation contained 5% ketoconazone, 1% azone, 10% carbamide, 1% carbomer-940, 20% glycerin, etc. Conclusions: The compound ketoconazone gel was homogenous, transparent and stable. The drug released quickly, and the condition of content determination was simple and rapid. The formulation of the gel is reasonable and stable for quality contral.
