摘要
目的:优选复方酮康唑凝胶剂的最佳基质配比。方法:通过正交试验设计,利用溶解扩散模型筛选出最佳基质配比,并以HPLC法同时测定酮康唑和硝酸咪康唑的含量。结果:最佳凝胶基质配比为卡波姆-940 0.3%、甘油30%、聚乙二醇400 10%。结论:凝胶基质配比合理,凝胶中酮康唑和硝酸咪康唑的单位面积累计渗透量均值同为最大值。
Objective:To select the optimal base ratio for compound ketoconazole gels.Methods:Using orthogonal experimental design,the optimal base ratio was screened by solution-diffusion model,and two components (ketoconazole and miconazole nitrate) in the gels were simultaneously determined by HPLC.Results:The optimal base ratio was 0.3% carbomer-940,30% glycerol and 10%polyethylene glycol 400.Conclusion:The established formula is reasonable,and the average accumulative permeation per unit area of both ketoconazole and miconazole nitrate reaches maximum in the gels.
