星点设计-效应面法优选连芩清热温敏凝胶制备工艺

Optimization of preparation technology of Lianqin Qingre Thermosensitive Gel by central composite design-response surface methodology

摘要 目的 优化连芩清热温敏凝胶剂的制备工艺。方法 以泊洛沙姆407用量、泊洛沙姆188用量、连芩清热洗剂原液用量为考察变量,以胶凝温度为考察指标,采用星点设计-效应面法确定优选制备工艺条件,并进行预测分析。结果 连芩清热温敏凝胶剂的最优制备为:泊洛沙姆407用量17%,泊洛沙姆188用量3%,连芩清热洗剂原液用量比例为46%,连芩清热温敏凝胶的凝胶温度为30.4℃,凝胶时间为(14.8±2.1)s,凝胶长度(0.5±0.1)cm。结论 连芩清热温敏凝胶剂制备工艺简便,稳定性好,凝胶时间和凝胶长度合理。 Objective To optimize the preparation technology of Lianqin Qingre Thermosensitive Gel.Methods With the dosage of poloxamer 407,poloxamer 188 and Lianqin Qingre Lotion Stock Solution as the inspection variables,and the gelation temperature as the inspection index,the central composite designresponse surface methodology was used to determine the optimal preparation technology conditions,and the predictive analysis was made.Results The optimal preparation of Lianqin Qingre thermosensitive gel is as follows:the dosage of poloxamer 407 was 17%,the dosage of poloxamer 188 was 3%,the dosage ratio of Lianqin Qingre Lotion Stock Solution was 46%,the gelation temperature of Lianqin Qingre Thermosensitive Gel was 30.4℃,the gelation time was(14.8±2.1)s,and the gelation length was(0.5±0.1)cm.Conclusion Lianqin Qingre Thermosensitive Gel has simple preparation technology,good stability and reasonable gelation time and gelation length.
