摘要
目的 :研究复方甲硝唑单向缓释药膜 (以下简称药膜 )的制法及其释放特性。方法 :以保护膜和药物膜制备药膜 ,采用双池恒温卡口渗透槽研究药膜及药膜透过粘膜的药物释放情况。结果 :完成了药膜的制备及检测 ,药膜有单向释放及单向透过粘膜释放药物的特性。药物透过粘膜的量随时间的延长而增加 ,5min及 60min透过粘膜释放药物的累积百分率分别为(2 0 .86± 6.0 2 ) %及 (74 .0 4± 2 .4 3 ) %。结论 :药膜易制备 ,成膜质量好 ,检测方法可行 ,有良好的单向释放及单向透过粘膜释放药物的特性。
OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation and release of metronidazole from one way sustained release films of compound metronidazole.METHODS:The sustained release films were produced by spreading drug on protective films.The permeated device of two pool thermostat was used to study the release of the films.RESULTS:The preparation and determination of the sustained release films were finished.It had charateristics of one way release and one way release through mucous membranes.The matronidazole accumulation was (20.86±6.02)% and (74.04±2.43)% of films release through the mucous membranes at 5min and 60min respectively.CONCLUSION:The sustained release films were easy to make.Its determination was feasible,and the films had characteristics of one way release and one way release through the mucous membranes.
