摘要
机制创新是高职院校内涵发展的主要动力之一。机制创新的意义在于释放思维活力,激活运行动力,培育核心能力。机制创新必须坚持公平原则、效率原则和适用原则。机制创新应根据学校的历史和现实情况因地制宜地选择,把握质量管理、薪酬激励、资源配置等重点方向和方向、动力、体系性、可持续性等关键环节。
The mechanism innovation is one of the main driving impetuses for the connotation development of high er vocational colleges. The significance of mechanism innovation is to release the vitality of thinking, activate oper ating power and cultivate the core competency. The mechanism innovation should adhere to the principles of fair, efficiency and adaptability. The entry point and path of mechanism innovation should be selected in accordance with the history and realities of the college; and the quality management, incentive pay, recourses allocation and etc are the key factors. The mechanism innovation should pay more attention to the key issues such as the innovation orien tation, power, system, sustainable development etc.
