摘要 内涵式发展是高职院校深化改革的根本途径,但切合高职院校内涵式发展的评价体系尚不完善。构建基于内涵式发展的高职院校质量评价体系,改善当前高职院校评价存在指标单一、特色不彰等方面的不足,把目标性、适应性、兼容性和系统性作为构建原则,将能够充分体现高职院校内涵式发展的特色要素作为评价指标纳入到评价体系之中,对高职院校办学条件、发展实力和发展成效等给予综合评价,以期实现引领、促进高职院校内涵式发展的作用。 Connotative development is the fundamental way to deepen the reform in higher vocational colle- ges, but its evaluation system is yet to be perfected. The paper tries tO build a quality evaluation sys- tem for higher vocational college based on their connotative development. The existing evaluation sys- tem lacks various indexes and instinctive features, while the new system, in the hope of leading and promoting connotative development of higher vocational colleges, will be established upon goal princi- ple, adaptability principle and compatibility principle and will include elements that can fully reflect the characteristics of connotative development in higher vocational colleges, such as school conditions, development strength, development effect and so on.
