摘要
中国高等职业教育经过近十年快速发展取得了举世瞩目的巨大成就,特别是基础设施和办学规模都有很大发展,在“十一五”时期乃至整个战略机遇期的二十年里,中国高等职业教育的发展,将由规模扩张转向提升质量为核心的内涵建设。高职院校内涵建设具有复杂性、多样性、长期性特点,以科学态度开展内涵建设工作。
The Chinese higher vocational education has obtained the worldwide achievement through the nearly ten-year fast development, especially the basic establishment and the running scale. In ＂the llth five-year plan＂ period or even in the entire 20 years of strategic opportunity time, the higher vocational education development will change from the scale expansion to the connotation construction which takes the quality as the core. With the character of complexity, multiplicity and long term, the higher vocational education connotation construction now begins to develop scientifically.
