摘要
文章在对高职院校内涵式发展的方式与目标进行研究后,提出了高职院校内涵式发展机制的五大构成要素:动力机制、控制机制、创新机制、整合机制和保障机制。以此为基础,构建了以一个中心、二种平台、若干办学特色与管理能力为核心的内涵建设一般模式。
After studying the patterns and objectives, this paper proposes the five elements of connotative cle- velopment mechanism in higher vocational colleges: driving force mechanism, control mechanism, mechanism of innovation, mechanism of integration and security mechanism. A general connotation construction model of one fo- cus, two platforms, with the core of several school -running characteristics and management ability has been formed, providing reference for the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges.
