摘要
以建构主义学习理论为指导思想,从健美操教学内容、教学方法、教学过程和教学评价构建大学生能力培养的健美操教学框架体系,为普通高校体育院系健美操教学改革提供参考,提高学生的健美操实践能力。
Constructivist learning theory as the guiding ideology, this article tries to build aerobics teaching frame system in order to develop University student's ability from aerobics teaching content, teaching method, teaching process and teaching evaluation. It provides the reference for aerobics teaching reform of physical education department to improve the student's aerobics practical ability.
