摘要 纳米抗体(nanobody,Nb)是近年来发现的一种新型抗体,具有相对分子质量小、稳定性强、可溶性好、抗原结合性能好、易表达及免疫原性低等特点,较常规抗体用途更广。纳米抗体作为一种新型抗体在基础研究、新药开发以及疾病的诊断和治疗以及食品科学领域具有广阔的应用前景,已经成为一个重要研究热点。本文主要针对纳米抗体的特性、类型,应用现状及其最新研究进展进行了阐述并对其进行了展望。 Nanobody has been found in recent years as a new type of antibody, which has the advantages of small molecular weight, strong stability, good solubility, antigen combined with good performance, easy to express and low immunogenicity. So nanobody is more versatile than conventional antibody. As a new type of antibody in basic research, drug development, disease diagnosis and treatment and food sciences, nanobody has a broad application prospects, and become an important research hotspot. The characteristics and types of the nanobodies, and its application status and latest progress are expounded and prospected in this paper.
