摘要
抗体是生物及医学领域中用途最为广泛的蛋白质分子,经历了从多克隆抗体、单克隆抗体到基因工程抗体3个发展阶段。近年来,新型抗体的研究逐渐成为热点。文章综述了近年来基因重组抗体、核酸适配子、分子印迹聚合物、受体的理论和技术发展,旨在为抗体的研究制备提供参考。
Antibodies are a class of widely used protein molecules in the biological and medical fields, which have experienced three stages of development : polyclonal antibodies, monoclonal antibodies and genetically engineered antibodies. In recent years, the novel antibodies gradual- lybecome a hot spot in research. This paper reviews the development of theory and techniques for genetic recombinant antibody, nucleic acid aptamers, molecularly imprinted polymer and receptor in recent years, and aims to provide a reference for the study and preparation of the gen- eral antibodies.
