摘要
文章从一个全新的视角解读人性假设理论,认为每一种人性假设的本质都是"满足人"假设,即以满足人的需要为根本。马斯洛的需要层次理论也说明了需要在人性中的重要地位,而满足需要是人类的终极目标。在教师职业发展过程中"满足人"假设的应用主要体现在以满足教师根本需要为基础,逐步满足他们更高层次的需要,以实现教师的个人价值和满足感。
In order to interpret human-based assumption theory from a new angle of view, this paper con- siders the essence of every human-based assumption is "satisfied man", which bases on meeting human's needs. Maslow's hierarchical needs theory also explains that needs place an important position in human nature, and to meet human's needs is the ultimate purpose. In the process of career development of teachers, the appli- cation of "satisfied man" assumption mainly reflects in meeting teachers' essential needs at first and then their needs of higher level gradually to realize teachers' personal values and satisfaction.
