摘要
辅导员是学生思想政治工作的管理者和教育者,辅导员工作的成效将直接影响到学生工作的结果,影响到学生的成长。本文从管理学人性假设理论的原理出发,论述了辅导员工作坚持人性假设理论的必要性及对应的实践应用等几个方面。
The instructor is the educator and administrator which is responsible for the student＇s thinking and politics assignent. The work of instructor have infect directly on results that lead to the student＇s Assignent, Furthermore, the development of the student . The thesis set force from the human hypothesis theory, Introduces the several aspect about the importance that the instructor insist on the humanity hypothesis theory and the relatively practice application.
