摘要
对人性假设理论的研究有助于提高管理效益。相对来说,高校教师管理的对象更加特殊,因此本文在分析高校教师特点的基础上并结合人性假设理论,认为高校教师管理中应该注意以下五个方面,即制度管理、尊重教师、参与管理、"知人善用"、建立有效的激励机制。
The research of the theory of human - based assumption is helpful to the improvement of management efficiency. Relatively speaking, the object of college teachers is more special. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the college teachers and the theory of the human - based assumption, the author considers the college teacher management should pay attention to five respects: system management, respect of teachers, teachers' involvement, "know teachers well and use them well" and the establishment of effective incentive mechanism.
