摘要
在 10 0t罐式真空炉中对不同碳含量的特殊钢和优质钢进行了脱氢工艺试生产 ,探讨了真空保持时间、钢水温降速率、吹氩压力、钢中碳含量和精炼渣量对钢液的脱氢作用。
The dehydrogenation process for the production of special steel and high quality steel with different carbon contents was carried out in a 100t vacuum ladle furnace.Some factors that affecting the dehydrogenation results of the liquid steel were discussed,such as the vacuum keeping time,temperature decreasing rate,argon blowing pressure,the carbon content of steel and the amount of refining slag.
