摘要
本文介绍在实验室条件下研究各类造渣材料的吸水速率,及在工厂生产条件下不同造渣制度对真空炉外精炼除氢效果的影响,从而为真空法炉外精炼造渣制度提供理论依据。
In this paper, lab experiment on water absorption of various slag-forming materials and industrial study of effect of different slag-formation system on removal of hydrogen from GCr15 steel by off-furnace VHD refining is described, and a theoritical basis is offered from the study for industrial application.
