摘要
文章分析了钢水增氢原因以及影响RH精炼脱氢效果的因素,指出在目前状况下真空处理时间超过20 min对脱氢效果不明显,真空下部槽减薄后对RH脱氢效果较明显,RH精炼的平均脱氢效率为76%。
In the paper,the causes for w[H] of liquid steel increased and the factors influencing effects of dehydrogenation for RH refining are analyzed.Moreover,it is pointed out that the effects of dehydrogenation are not obvious when the time of vacuum treatment is over 20 min.with present situations and they are obvious after the lower part of the vacuum tank thins as well as the average efficiency of dehydrogenation for RH refining is 76%.
