摘要
简要介绍了钢液中氢的危害和主要来源,分析了VD炉脱氢的影响因素,并结合现场实际,提出了优化措施,使VD真空处理前后氢含量都有所降低,脱氢效率由原来的69.8%提高到71.6%。
This paper introduced the harm and main source of hydrogen in the steel and analysed the influence facters of VD refining furnace degassing-hydrogen process.The improvable motheds were put forward occording to production condition.Finally,the hydrogen in the steel decreased from start to finish of VD process and the rate of degassing-hydrogen increased from 69.8% to 71.6%.
