通过对影响60tVD炉脱氢主要因素,如真空度、熔渣、吹氩流量和压力、原始[H]含量等的研究,优化VD炉真空脱氢工艺,将钢中氢含量控制在2.5×10^-6以下,使单工位VD炉满足了快节奏的生产需求。
Through a study of the major factors influencing dehydrogening processing of the 60 t VD fur- nace, such as vacuity, molten slag, rate and pressure of argon stirring, the initial [ H] content, the VD dehydrogenation process was optimized, with the [ H ] content in steel controlled under 2.5 × 10^-6, making single-station VD meet the requirements of fast rhythm production.
