摘要
本文通过对水钢炼钢厂20MnSi钢生产过程跟踪,采用取样和检测等手段分析了钢中夹杂物的形成机理及来源,并对降低钢中夹杂物改善铸坯质量的相关措施进行了探索,生产实践表明采用优化措施取得了良好的效果。
The formation mechanism of inclusions in the steels and their source have been studied in this paper by sampling and tracking the process of producing 20MnSi steel at steel-making plant of Shuicheng Iron and Steel co. Ltd. The various ways of reducing inclusions in the steels and improving the quality of continuous cast slab has been explored. The production practice show that the better effect can be obtained by taking optimizing measures.
