摘要
80后青年教师是教育系统的新鲜血液,也是基础教育的主要参与者。对于他们而言,来自各方面的压力与日俱增,若不能正确化解压力,则可能引发职业倦怠。职业倦怠不仅会给教师身心带来影响,长此以往,更可能直接导致我国义务教育质量下滑。造成80后小学教师职业倦怠有个人也有社会的因素,缓解教师职业倦怠需要多方协同努力。
Post-80s teachers are the fresh blood in education system and main participants in primary educa- tion. Pressures on them from all sides grow with each passing clay, which, if not properly solved, will trigger occupa- tion burnout. Occupation burnout not only physically and psychologically influence teachers, but will ultimately lead to decline of China~ compulsory education quality. The causes to occupation burnout of post - 80s primary teachers |ic in personal and social factors, so alleviation of teachers'occupation burnout requires coordinate efforts.
