陕西省中学体育教师的组织支持感现状及其对职业倦怠的影响 被引量:2

Current situation of perceived organizational support and its effects on occupational burnout among physical education teachers in middle schools of Shanxi Province

摘要 目的调查中学体育教师的组织支持感现状,并考察其对职业倦怠的影响。方法采用《组织支持感量表》《教师职业倦怠量表》调查陕西省532名中学体育教师,运用SPSS 19.0对问卷数据进行描述性分析、t/F检验和回归分析。结果 1中学体育教师的组织支持感水平较低,并且低于主科教师的组织支持感水平(t=12.27,P<0.05)。2中学体育教师的组织支持感在职务、获奖、职称因素上差异有统计学意义(t=4.44、2.21,F=8.92,P<0.05)。3组织支持感与职业倦怠呈显著负相关(r=-0.32,P<0.05);工作支持、价值认同均是情感耗竭、低成就感的有效预测变量(R^2=0.36,0.29),工作支持、价值认同、利益关心是人格解体的有效预测变量(R^2=0.42)。结论中学体育教师的组织支持感不容乐观,其加剧了中学体育教师的职业倦怠。因此,增强组织支持感是激励中学体育教师积极投入教学、降低职业倦怠的有效途径。 [Objective]To investigate the current situation of perceived organizational support among physical education teachers in middle schools,explore its effects on occupational burnout.[Methods]532 physical education teachers in middle schools of Shanxi Province were investigated by the Perceived organizational support scale and the Occupational burnout scale for teachers.The descriptive analysis,t/F test and regression analysis were performed.[Results](1) The level of perceived organizational support was low in physical education teachers of middle schools,and it was significantly lower than that in main subject teachers(t=-12.27,P〈0.05).(2)There were statistically significant differences in level of perceived organizational support among physical education teachers with different administrative positions,reward,professional titles(t=4.44,t=2.21,F=8.92,P〈0.05).(3)Perceived organizational support was significantly negatively correlated with occupational burnout(r=-0.32,P〈0.05). Work supporting and value approval both were the effective predictors of emotional exhaustion and low personal accomplishment(R^2=0.36,R^2=0.29),while work supporting,value approval and interest concern were the effective predictors of personalization(R^2=0.42).[Conclusion]The level of perceived organizational support among occupational burnout among physical education teachers in middle schools is not optimistic,and it aggravates the occupational burnout. Therefore,it is an effective way to strengthen perceived organizational support to stimulate physical teachers and decrease occupational burnout.
