摘要
针对食品机械基础课程学习难度大、学生学习积极性不高的问题,笔者结合教学实践,对课程内容尝试改革,引入"顶天立地"的教学思维与方法,将前沿知识、新进的动画与视频技术等引入课程,同时借助科技论坛与校企联盟强化实践能力,配套设计课程锻炼设计能力,使课程既能激发学习积极性,又能服务生产与实践,取得了良好的教学效果。
There are some problems in the course teaching in Foundation of Food Machine, such as study difficulties and low positivity. To resolve these problems, a new method named ＂Towering from the Earth to the Sky＂ has been developed and has provided effective guidance to the course reform. New knowledge, animation and video technologies are introduced into the teaching process. Practice ability has been cultivated with the help of scientific forums and college-enterprise alliance. Machine design ability is also trained through adding design course. The course reform not only improves the positivity of students but also serves the production and practice, so a good teaching result has been obtained.
