摘要
针对四川理工学院《食品机械与设备》课程自身特点以及在教学过程中存在的一些问题,采取了包括小组分组讨论等发挥学生主观能动性的手段来提升学生的学习积极性,并通过各种其他教学辅助方法让学生在有限的学时内学到更接近实际的理论和应用知识。
According to characteristics of course of ' Food Machinery & Equipment' and problems in the teaching process, a series of reform that include group discussions, etc. were carried out and students' enthusiasm for learning this course was im- proved. A variety of teaching methods to enable students to learn more close to actual theory and application of knowledge in a limited period of time were used.
