摘要
以工程教育专业认证为导向,阐述了普通本科院校食品科学与工程专业为培养面向区域经济发展的现代高素质应用型人才,开设《食品化学》双语课程的必要性,针对双语教学中存在的师资力量薄弱、学生英语水平参差不齐和教材匮乏等主要问题,对《食品化学》双语教学模式进行初探,达到了一定的预期效果。
Guided by engineering education professional certification, the necessity of offering the food chemistry bilingual teaching was described to cultivate high-quality talents to meet the needs of modern society. The primary exploration on bilingual teaching mode was carried out aiming at the problems such as students＇ uneven English levels,teachers with poorly spoken English,lacking appropriate textbook and so on. At last,partly desired results were achieved.
