摘要
针对化工原理课程设计和化工设备机械基础课程设计中存在的现实问题,我们将两门课的学习时间调到同一学期,让学生在同一时间学习两者的相关内容。在安排课程设计时,化工原理课程设计和化工设备机械基础课程设计时间作对接安排,内容安排上将化工原理课程设计和化工设备机械基础课程设计的对象安排为同一单元操作设备,指导学生将化工原理课程设计得到的工艺参数直接用于后面的强度计算和设备设计,收到了显著的教学改革效果。
Aim at solving the problem found in the course design processes of Chemical Principle and Elementary Chemical Engineering Equipment, we arrange the teach schedule of both courses in same semester for concentrate learning, the corresponding two course designs are set in lockstep. Meanwhile, their contents are focused on same operation element object, and the operation parameters obtained in Chemical Principle course design will be taken as input data for the forthcoming Elementary Chemical Engineering Equipment course design. Finally, the efforts have been proven to be fruitful.
