摘要 针对食品装备与工厂设计课程教学过程中出现的问题,从课程理念、教学思想、课程教学模式、课程考核评价等方面入手,强调理论与实践并重,探索新形势下该课程的教学方式。拟通过教学改革,使学生更好地掌握课程的核心内容,激发学习兴趣,培养创新精神,有效增强教学效果、提高教学质量,将食品装备与工厂设计课程建设成为食品科学与工程学科的精品课程。 Aiming at the problems and phenomena which appeared in the teaching process of food equipment and plant design,from aspects of curriculum concept,teaching thought,teaching mode,curriculum evaluation,emphasizing both theory and practice,teaching methods under the new situation were explored.By means of teaching reform,the aims were to enable students to better grasp the core content of the course,to stimulate students’ interest and innovative spirit in learning,and to strengthen the teaching effect and improve the teaching quality.So as to make the food equipment and plant design into high-quality course for the food science and engineering discipline.
